EXERCISE:
* Too much driving… but also a few flights of stairs & brief outdoor walk-abouts

* jackfruit (defrosted from fresh frozen pods)
*oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, Green Stuff, beet powder, vitamin C, walnuts & almond milk
* brc bowl (pinto beans, rice, cabbage, onions, cilantro, tomato & avocado) w/ XL-fried(!) tortilla chips & guacamole
* (too busy to eat more)

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
