Veggie Sandwich Ingredients

EXERCISE:
* Mini-trampoline free-style
* Powerwalk outdoors

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ sauerkraut, Green Stuff, pomegranate, sliced almonds & blueberries (water, no milks)
* raw cruciferous crunch salad w/ jicama, sauerkraut, 3-2-1 dressing
* vegan bbq’d beans w/ veggie sandwich (ingredients in photo) on XL-white roll (I exclude Panera’s dressings – too oily – and add my own Trader Joe’s Green Goddess dressing thinned w/ rice vinegar)
* whole wheat rotini pasta in very veggie sauce, topped w/ vegan buffalo dip
