* Took stairs & walked several laps around bldg

WATER:

EATS:
* fresh carrot juice w/ half-scoop of Gary Null’s GREEN STUFF EXTRA
* Breakfast: Mexi-bowl (pinto beans, rice, cabbage, onions, avocado, salsa & broccoli micro-greens)
* Lunch: fresh apple
* Supper: Mexi-bowl again! (delish)
* few sliced almonds
