EXERCISE:
* Brisk 30 minute outdoor walk
* Lift (pushing) upper body – chest, shoulders, triceps, etc

*shredded wheat, cherrios, strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate, sliced raw almonds & almond milk
* red grapes, jicama sticks w/ cauliflower-based buffalo dip & guacamole and scoop of homemade butter pecan/choco/banana ice cream
* sourdough veggie sliders w/ airfry-grilled tofu, tomato, cucumber, broccoli micro-greens w/ cauliflower-based buffalo wing spread and bbq cannellini beans on the side
