Day 193 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors – beautiful weather & wonderful neighbors!

WATER:

EATS:
* rolled oats & few shredded wheat mini biscuits w/ fresh peach, pomegranate, almond milk
* frozen jackfruit (yaka) pods
* [bought a fresh fruit platter for family – cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew melon, pineapple, strawberries – & created a raw veggie platter – broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, low fat rice crackers – did not use the dairy-based dip]
* very veggie sandwich (tomato, onion, cucumbers, arugula, broccoli micro-greens, jalapeño & spread multi-grain sourdough w/ guacamole & vegan buffalo dip), raw almonds & lots of veggies from the platter on the side
* 85% cacao dark XL-chocolate & sliced raw almonds
* lots of fresh fruit from the platter w/ one slice of dairy-free roasted veggie pizza (heated from frozen)
