* fresh carrot & kale juice w/ one orchard apple (all made in my old Jack LaLanne juicer!)
* lots of cruciferous crunch chopped salad topped w/ grilled tofu, brown rice & blanched broccoli, carrots, onion w/ small amount of teriyaki sauce
* 85% cacao choco bar w/ raw almonds & one MacIntosh apple
