EXERCISE:

* shredded wheat, cheerios, grapenut flakes w/ fresh peach, sliced almonds & almond milk
* jicama & XL-breadsticks dipped in vegan buffalo dip (made of cauliflower, carrots, red peppers, etc)
* leftover Moroccan stew w/ sauerkraut & red grapes on the side
* fresh fig
* Mediterranean chopped salad w/ sliced almonds & green goddess dressing
* pieces of 85% XL-chocolate w/ raw almonds on the side
