INGREDIENTS:

8 C water
2 lbs cubed sweet potatoes (if organic keep skin)
Chopped celery
Chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
1 lb yellow split peas

SPICES:

Garlic
Salt-free seasoning
Dried parsley
Basil
Dried rosemary
Oregano
Celery seed
Smoked paprika
Bay leaf
Celery

USING INSTANT POT:

Close steam valve
Press manual
Set 8 minutes

When pressure cooking timer is finished, open steam valve to release pressure.

After pressure is released:
ADD kale w/o lid – as much as it will hold!
