EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Walk-about outdoors
* Free-jump on HOPfit adult bouncy ball
* Scrub/vaccum the little pool, then relax on the floating lounge at sunset

EATS:
* small bowl shredded wheat w/ fresh peach, sliced almonds, vitamin C powder & almond milk
* defrosted jackfruit pods, walnuts & a few squares of 85% dark chocolate
* leftover veggie noodle soup w/ buffalo sauce & sparkling Gerolsteiner spring mineral water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* vegan sandwich on sourdough w/ airfried corn tortilla strips & guacamole
