* Two standing lectures & some stairs (excellent cardio)

* veggie sandwich (tomato, red onion, cilantro, peppadew peppers, cucumbers, avocado) on ciabatta bread
* fresh apple
* Mexi-bowl (pinto beans, rice, avocado, cabbage, cilantro, salsa)
