Day  137 of Year 9  Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Bicycle 2 afternoon hours on Santa Monica beach concrete “boardwalk”
* Bicycle 2 night hours in “Sundays at Sunset w/ Venice Electric Light Parade”

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* fresh peach (I grew it!)
* rolled oats, cherrios, shredded wheat, fresh blueberries, pecan nuts, almond milk
* very (very) veggie pasta sauce w/ whole wheat spaghetti & nutritional yeast
* fresh fruit w/ chili con limón
* XL-fried vegan corn dog w/ mustard @ the beach (splurge!)
