VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE

Recipe:

1 cup raw cashews (soaked min. 2 hours)

2 tbls nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper (optional)

1/4 tsp garlic granules (optional)

1/2 cup water

1/2 tbls lemon juice

Combine ingredients in high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
