EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Vegas 10k (+) walk-about in new white shoes 🙂

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* steamed cruciferous crunch veggies served w/ oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, powders (pomegranate, beet, green stuff), almond milk
* natural apple sauce
* gorilla salad bar w/ plain sparkling water + diluted soft XL-drink
* assorted raw nuts (walnut, almond, pecan)
