EXERCISE:

EATS:
* veggie sushi (rice, carrots, cucumber, XL-avocado, seaweed)
* popcorn (mostly plain air-popped, but mixed w/ some Trader Joe’s XL-carmel corn, both fat-free)
* few XL-nuts (4 almonds + 1 walnut, cracked from shells to slow me down!)

(Not very hungry, still recovering from flu/cold)

…..SUN HAS SET…..

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food
