* leftover gorilla salad including tomatoes, chickpeas, peaches, cruciferous veggies w/ homemade tofu/cashew/acv dressing & guacamole
* fresh peach w/ 3 choco-mint XL-wafers
* grilled tofu sandwich w/ sweet kale chopped salad veggies (kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, red chicory), tomato, onion on cracked wheat sourdough, served w/ bbq cannellini beans
* two dark choco peanut XL-clusters
* one XL-crispy corn tortilla topped w/ pinto beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, guacamole
* teaspoon of freshly ground peanut butter
