INGREDIENTS:
* Bag of frozen shredded potatoes (salt & oil free)
* Garlic powder
* Onion Powder
* Garlic salt
* Tapioca flour (approx 2 tablespoons)
INSTRUCTIONS:
* Steam potato concoction 3 to 5 minutes
* When it cools, roll potatoes into tots & place on parchment-lined cookie sheet (or into airfryer)
* Bake at 425 degrees for approx 30 minutes
