Day 89 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Floating on water 🙂

* leftover tomato pasta sauce (w/ quinoa & so many veggies!), served w/ whole wheat spaghetti topped w/ nutritional yeast
* almonds & guacamole
* various steamed cruciferous veggies & drink pot liquor
* freshly ground peanut butter w/ sliced strawberries (no jam) on cracked wheat sourdough
* gorilla salad (romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrot, kale, brussel sprouts) w/ homemade dressing (cashew, water, apple-cider vinegar, lemon, spicy brown mustard, dill relish, capers, garlic, salt, pepper)
* bbq black beans
* cracked sourdough w/ guacamole
* cherries
