EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Hours of standing desk (writing exams)

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* various steamed cruciferous veggies
* veggie sushi
* tomato pasta sauce (w/ quinoa & so many veggies!!!), served w/ whole wheat spaghetti topped w/ nutritional yeast
* few apricots
* choco healthy homemade ice cream (made of banana, cashews, almond milk), topped w/ spoonful of coconut cream
