* Power-walk/jog 5k outdoors

* rolled oats, w/ blueberries, walnuts, powders (pomegranate, beet, green stuff, barley-alfalfa, vitamin C), almond milk & banana
* gorilla salad w/ avocado & XL-marinated potato chunks
* beans, mashed potato, steamed broccoli/cauliflower/carrots
