* Lift biceps & triceps

* tofu scramble w/ powders (flaxseed, pomegranate, beet, green stuff, barley-alfalfa, vitamin C), sauerkraut, baked corn tortilla strips w/ guacamole
* chickpeas & mushrooms in bbq sauce, veggie half-sandwich w/ grated homemade vegan cheese, tomato, broccoli
* some (too many) choco-mint XL-cookies, strawberries & a banana
