EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* tofu scramble (w/ onion, green/red peppers, tomato, mushroom, kale, salsa, pomegranate powder, beet powder, ground flaxseed, potato, nutritional yeast) w/ sliced tomato, avocado, dry sourdough toast
* leftover smoky potato chick pea stew w/ added kimchi & avocado toast (carved off fresh cranberry-walnut loaf) & small glass lemonade sparkling water
* two mini choco-mint XL-cookies
* tin of peaches in 100% fruit juice
*fresh tomato slices w/ few reduced-fat wheat thins & hummus (had XL-oil)
