EXERCISE:
* Multiple of 10 minute walks outdoors
* Lift back & chest

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* fresh jackfruit (tastes sweet like juicyfruit gum w/o added sugar!)
* very-extra-very veggie spaghetti sauce 🙂 over whole grain pasta
* topped w/ nutritional yeast & bit of avocado
* baby carrots & guacamole
