* coleslaw w/ steamed broccoli dressed w/ homemade sauce (grapefruit & lemon juice, cilantro, few raw cashews, apple cider vinegar, garlic), grilled potatoes & mushrooms (will *NOT* be eating these again if there are any crispy burnt areas b/c it causes stomach cancer!)
* oilfree air-fried tortilla strips w/ homemade vegan cheese & more coleslaw
