Day 24 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Much walking on campus today – elevator closed for repairs, so I slowly climbed up/down various staircases… (stitches removed today, I’ll be jogging in two more weeks!)

WATER: (2) × (20) = 40 oz

EATS:
*fresh jackfruit
* seasoned-boiled red potatoes w/ mushrooms, steamed broccoli & cranberry-walnut bread w/ avocado
* two small choco-mint XL-cookies w/ raw almonds
* homemade airfryer-baked tortilla strips w/ guacamole (my old airfryer broke today, started smoking & melting plastic exterior… so I searched online for one w/ manual dial controls & here’s what I found… )

MY OLD AVALON BAY AIRFRYER 3.7 quart – affectionately referred to as “the bomb oven”
NEW ALLCOOL AIRFRYER 4.5 quart – “blue bomb #2”
