* very veggie burger sandwich on sourdough (no mayo, no cheese)
* homemade airfryer-baked tortilla strips w/ guacamole
* leftover Moroccan stew w/ brown jazmine rice (added some cashews & creamed it in blender, just for fun… cream of Moroccan soup!)
