EXERCISE:
* Continue resting shin/ankle, walking w/ cane, but feeling better

* sweet potato burger on sourdough w/ lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, ketchup & lowfat vegan mayo on sourdough
* gorilla salad (includes butter lettuce, sauerkraut, chickpeas, palm hearts, whole cashews, etc.)
