EXERCISE:
* Lift biceps & triceps

WATER: (3) × (20) = 60 oz

EATS:
* banana & red grapes
* step 1: make very veggie potato salad
* step 2: dry-fry bbq soy curls
* step 3: serve up potato salad, topped w/ soy curls, sauerkraut & broccoli sprouts (save rest of ingredients for tomorrow)
* veggie spring XL-rolls, airfried (from frozen), served w/ ginger teriyaki sauce
