* Rest & relax (had shin stitches at ER, no jogging or power-walking for a while)

* gfo smoothie w/ banana, wild blueberries, powders (flaxseed, pomegranate, beet, green stuff, vitamin C), almond milk
* coconut curry extra-veggie soup w/ Thai brown rice noodles
* few frozen mini choco-mint XL-cookies w/ raw almonds
* raw celery & baby carrots
* half a slice of avocado toast
