* chopped salad w/ ginger low XL-oil dressing
* leftover Moroccan soup w/ added purple cabbage, sauerkraut, vitamin C powder, pomegranate powder, beet powder & lemon juice
* rustic cranberry/walnut bread served w/ avocado
