Day 300 of Year 8 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Outdoor hike-about during lunch at Descanso Gardens (had to sit behind steering wheel 4 hours today in heavy Fri traffic, so I stood as much as possible at meeting)

WATER: (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* rolled oats, blueberries, walnuts, almond milk & banana
* fig, grapefruit, spinach, cucumber sandwich (discarded cheese) w/ side salad (discarded cheese & opted for no dressing) & half-bag vinegar XL-chips
* very veggie sandwich on multi-grain bread w/ almonds on the side (too much bread today, needed more protein… beans!)

SUN HAS SET
