* Total Gym workout (back, chest, core, etc)
* No Jog today, but enjoyed sunshine outdoors on patio

* homemade skinny pumpkin coconut pie
* banana
* clean-out-veggie-drawer-soup (low sodium veggie stock, sweet potato, garbanzo beans, onion, tomato, edamame, mushroom, carrot, asparagus, kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, chicory, rice, salsa, avocado, etc)
* small bowl w/ pomegranate, rolled oats, cheerios, walnuts, almond milk
