EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors w/ temps in the high 20s (Funny how my 5k time improves in freezing weather!)

WATER: (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* banana
* Moroccan stew made w/ sweet potato, garbanzo beans, dal lentils, tomatoes, butternut squash, carrot, mushrooms, onions, kale, brussel sprouts w/ brown rice (includes Ethiopian seasoning)
* mashed lemon-avocado
* orange juice
* tangerines & almonds
* tostada w/ beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, hot sauce
