* banana & XL-pistachios
* leftover very veggie whole wheat spaghetti w/ mushrooms, grape tomatoes, quinoa, sauerkraut, pomegranate, etc
* airfried (no oil) corn tortillas w/ avocado, tabasco & fresh greens inside (escarole, endive, raddicchio)
* pinto beans w/ quinoa on the side
* airpopped corn & few jr mints
