EXERCISE:
* Jog outdoors 5k
* Lift back & chest (3 sets of 10-12 reps per exercise)
* Water-lounge under stars

* leftover pasta sauce (w/ onion, sweet peppers, mushrooms, sundried tomato) served over whole wheat pasta
* tomato soup w/ added quinoa salad (quinoa, mung beans, bulghur, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, lentils, bell pepper & lemon-vinegar dressing), broccoli & shredded carrots
