EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Face Exercise
* Lift biceps & triceps

* gorilla salad w/ plain sparkling water w/ shots of soft XL-drink
* small Mexican plate of rice, pinto beans, salsa, guacamole  fideo, few chips & scoop of dairy-free ice cream
* noodle-veggie soup
* pistachio
* dark XL-chocolate peanut cluster
