* Gardening (weeding)

EATS:
* green smoothie w/ spinach, banana, jackfruit, beet-pomegranate-vitamin C powders, ground chia seed, splash of almond choco-milk & water
* bbq soy curl bowl w/ mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, tomato, guacamole & homemade broccoli sprouts
* frozen jackfruit chunks (taste like popsicles!)
* few fresh apricots & almonds
* bbq soy curl sandwich w/ lettuce, tomato, broccoli sprouts, vegan mayo on cracked wheat sourdough toast & side scallion
