EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors w/ intermittent sprints

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* banana w/ cinnamon & fresh cherries
* avocado veggie sushi w/ nori, cucumber, XL-white rice & pickled ginger
* whole wheat spaghetti w/ quinoa, lima beans, onion, fresh tomato & cilantro from my salsa garden
* piece of chocolate XL-mint
