EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* banana w/ TJ kitty cookies for humans
* sweet potato protein burger on Ezekiel bread w/ avocado, tomato,  cabbage, lettuce, broccoli sprouts, mustard, served w/ fresh cherries
* few various nuts (from shells to slow me down)
* 85% dark chocolate
*  baked corn tortilla strips w/ avocado salsa
* fresh mango w/ cherries
