EXERCISE:
* Fast power-walk 4.5k outdoors
* Slower stroll in the desert

EATS:
* 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ lots of steamed kale, strawberries, beet & pomegranate powder, ground hempseed, vitamin C powder, few almonds & hot water
* leftover Moroccan soup w/ brown rice, topped w/ sauerkraut, served w/ homemade crusty whole wheat bread, guacamole & red grapes
* apple
