Day 18 of Year 8 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Walk up/down several flights of stairs (wearing mask)
* Standing lecture 2.5 hrs (hollering thru mask)

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* baked homemade mung-egg omelette w/ avocado, Cannellini white beans, onions, mushrooms & tomato
* sliced orange
* rainbow sweet potato wrap w/ jicama sticks & corn XL-chips
* low fat Annie Chun’s ramen w/ lotsa added fresh boiled veggies & soy beans & added tumeric (contained far too much XL-sodium, although diluted w/ truckloads of added veggies… need to control salt content by making my own stock)
