INTRODUCTION: Thanks to FOIA request of Judicial Watch, a picture of the criminal conspiracy of the NIH and the FDA of the United States to block safe and effective “early treatments” of COVID-19 is becoming clear. In the winter and early spring of 2020, plans were made to distribute hydroxychloroquine (HLC), one of several safe and effective zinc ionophores, from a national stockpile to the public The goal was to have a safe and effective rna virus killer in the hands of the public that we could use at the first onset of symptoms. It would also have served as a preventative measure. The Pandemic never would have happened.
