To help reverse immunosenescence (the critical risk factor for COVID-19 severity along with high blood sugar) one should stop the consumption of alcohol and sweets and consume zinc, vitamin D and flavonoids daily.  For those ‘at risk’ groups [excessive obesity, moderate hypertension and perhaps high moderate prevalence of diabetes], ivermectin would be indicated at least for as long as SARS-CoV-2 is circulating.
