EXERCISE:
* Jog indoor treadmill 45 min
* Standing board lecture 2.5 hrs (like “wax-on/wax-off” shoulder workout on small whiteboard area)

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* gfo (greens, fruit, oats) smoothie
* fresh veggies wrapped in rice paper
* deli pasta XL-salad (deli added oil)
* Moroccan stew w/ added mushrooms & cabbage/beet sauerkraut (delicious!)
* sparkling plain water w/ shot of soft XL-drink

SUN HAS SET

* raw almonds & few dark choco-chips
