EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 45 minutes on treadmill
* Standing desk

EATS:
* leftover Moroccan soup w/ pomegranate seeds, sauerkraut & few almonds
* sliced orange
* more leftover stew w/ blanched broccoli & avocado toast
* plain airpopped popcorn w/ couple pieces of peanut butter cup
* slice of dairyfree veggie pizza, baked potato wedges & broccoli
* scoop of strawberry oat ice cream, plain sparkling water w/ shot of XL-7-up (good & almost healthy!)
