EXERCISE:
* Rest

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* gorilla salad, garlic toast, homemade skilletini (w/ onion, peppers, mushrooms, vegan XL-Beyond sausage, tomato sauce & high fiber spaghetti), plain sparkling water w/ few shots of soft XL-drink
* slice of single graham cracker XL-crust blackberry pie (no sugar, used erythritol – for special ocassion)… crust crumbled, so sort of an upside-down cobbler! 🙂
* mini XL-choco peanut butter cup
