* Mini-trampoline & jog on treadmill for 45 minutes
* Lift back & chest

* oven garlic toast w/ avocado & vegan parmesan cheese (nutritional yeast + panko bread crumbs in the jar)
* fresh blueberries
* sliced orange
* air-popped popcorn w/ few almonds & jr mints
