EXERCISE:

* oatmeal w/ pomegranate powder, beet powder, almonds, blueberries, vitamin C powder, blackstrap XL-molasses, almond milk
* steamed asparagus w/ saltfree cracked lemon pepper & Morningstar bbq wings
* steamed broccoli, tomato & mushrooms w/ lemon pepper
* sweet potato / sunflower seed burger w/ sauerkraut, lettuce, tomato, avocado on toasted flatbread
* sliced orange & few almonds
* baked oatmeal balls (made w/ apple sauce, avocado, pecans, coconut XL-sugar & splash of almond milk)
