Day 243 of Year 7 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Eye exercise
* Lift lower body

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* high fiber pasta w/ spicy very, very veggie sauce w/ V-8 juice & balsamic vinegar w/ quinoa, mushrooms, etc
* steamed asparagus
* Texas toast made w/ avocado XL-butter & vegan parmesan cheese (nutritional yeast + panko bread crumbs in the jar), then broiled until crunchy
* plain sparkling water + few shots of XL-soft drink
* baked sweet potato w/ pasta sauce & vegan parmesan cheese

SUN HAS SET

* nut thin crackers w/ sliced homemade CLA cheese
