* family veggie calzone made w/ this filing and this very lowfat flaky crust, brushed w/ (JustEgg + almond milk) wash
* simple orange-colored spaghetti squash
* plain corn on cob
* simple mashed potato
* grilled sweet red pepper
* cracked sourdough baked garlic toast w/ avocado XL-butter
