Day 196 of Year 7 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog outdoors 5k
* Lift biceps & triceps
* Stroll @ park

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* banana
* tofu dumplings (boiled, then baked) w/ teriyaki sauce, rice, steamed cauliflower & broccoli
* smoothie (banana, blueberries,  pineapple, ground flaxseed, vit C powder, sunflower seed, rolled oats, chocolate powder, almond milk)
* dairyfree veggie pizza (expensive @ walmart, but I only eat half at a time!), gorilla salad w/ Trader Joe’s green goddess dressing
* plain homemade sparkling water w/ shot of XL-rootbeer (~95% plain water)

* SUN HAS SET
